The Technology Support Specialist provides hands-on technology support and helps deliver a smooth technology experience at Farm & Forge Club. Reporting directly to the IT Director, this position supports employees, coaches, educators, athletes, members, families, and guests through everyday technology troubleshooting, audiovisual support, and livestream operations. Exceptional customer service is the highest hiring priority for this role.
