Technology Training Specialist (MRX Expert)

The Technology Training Specialist (MRX Expert) serves as a marketing-based education and experience role within the Monogram Robotics Expert team, responsible for training, knowledge dissemination, and high-quality external demonstrations of the Monogram robotic system. This position supports education and enablement across all Zimmer Biomet functions while representing Monogram at congresses, medical education programs, and events to shape perception and credibility around the robotic platform. The role focuses on scalable education, consistent messaging, and acting as a visible ambassador for the technology without owning sales accounts or providing routine clinical case coverage.
