Technology Transactions Associate

The New York office seeks a second to fifth year Technology Transactions associate with big law or relevant in‑house counsel experience, strong intellectual property knowledge, and drafting and negotiation expertise across various technology agreements. Candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar and will handle technology transactions, including software licenses, development agreements, and e‑commerce deals, with exposure to M&A and equity financing work.
