Technology Transfer Manager / Responsable de Transferencia Tecnológica

The Technology Transfer Manager leads, manages, and coordinates all technology transfer activities for pharmaceutical products at the Azuqueca de Henares plant, ensuring successful industrialization and implementation of manufacturing processes for sterile/injectable and solid dosage forms. This role serves as the primary technical and operational liaison with clients during technology transfer projects, ensuring a solid understanding of processes, effective cross-functional coordination, and timely execution from transfer evaluation to routine manufacturing. The position is responsible for defining transfer strategies, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
