The Senior Payroll Processing Technician will coordinate, control and continuously improve the payroll process for Portugal, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance in an outsourced processing model with the partner Estrada (SAP). The role sits within the HR Services team and works closely with the Compensation & Benefits team and the HR Director. It will also drive digitalization and automation initiatives, focusing on systems integration (SAP–Workday) and process efficiency.
