Technical VIP B2B Engineer responsible for managing technical lifecycle for VIP corporate customers from prospecting through implementation and support. Acts as technical liaison supporting L1 engineers, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and improve connectivity and digital service infrastructures. Participates in training roadmaps and ensures documentation and SLA/KPI compliance for assigned accounts.
