Teen Coordinator

The Teen Coordinator leads the design, planning, and implementation of high-quality enrichment and engagement programs for teens ages 13–17 at the YMCA of South Hampton Roads. This role focuses on fostering leadership development, service learning, and personal growth while building strong relationships with teens, families, and community partners. The position ensures program quality, safety, and compliance while tracking participation and outcomes to support positive youth development.
