Teen Development Specialist

The Teen Development Specialist is responsible for daily teen programming at a designated branch, focusing on building relationships with teens and helping them reach their full potential through fun and educational activities. The role involves selecting, training, and supervising staff and volunteers while overseeing program development and delivery in collaboration with the Branch Director. This position also includes managing branch operations during the absence of the Branch Director and Youth Development Supervisor.
