Telecom Operator II

The Telecom Operator II answers and advises on all incoming and outgoing telephone calls using a computer-based PBX Smart Console at Cedars-Sinai. This role involves processing calls, handling patient location inquiries, and responding to emergency codes and alarms in coordination with Security and Clinical Staff. The position requires supporting department administrative telephone lines during after-hours and ensuring timely, accurate communication with callers.
