The Telecommunicator I receives, assesses, and processes emergency and non‑emergency 911 calls for law enforcement, fire, and EMS, dispatches appropriate units, and provides critical information to callers. The role also maintains detailed logs, manages records, and assists the public with information and services related to public safety.
