Telehealth Facilitator

The Telehealth Facilitator supports the coordination, tracking, and implementation of telemedicine services across an assigned region. This role involves assisting with program setup, provider alignment, technology onboarding, and site communication while delivering ongoing technical support. The position also manages provider and vendor scheduling, ensures accurate clinical documentation through scribe responsibilities, and provides regional coverage for clinical coordination and phlebotomy needs as required.
