The Telehealth Triage RN provides telephonic clinical support and navigation to Rightway members, helping them access appropriate care, close preventive care gaps, and manage chronic conditions. Reporting to the Sr. Clinical Manager, the role focuses on improving clinical outcomes and reducing unnecessary healthcare utilization through member outreach, education, and care coordination. The RN acts as a trusted advisor guiding members to high-quality providers and documenting clinical assessments and recommendations.
