Telemetry: 4 North/South

This role involves developing, implementing, and managing nursing practice and operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness within the Telemetry unit. The position requires 24-hour responsibility for daily clinical and administrative functions, including staffing, budget management, and staff development. The incumbent will facilitate care delivery, coordinate inter-departmental services, and promote continuous quality improvement and patient safety.
