Telephone Collector

This role involves making and receiving telephone calls to recover outstanding debts from businesses and individuals, negotiating repayment solutions, and managing customer queries. The position requires handling difficult conversations professionally while accurately recording customer affordability and repayment agreements in the company database. The role is based on-site in Sheffield and involves working shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Thursday, with reduced hours on Fridays and weekends.
