The Real Estate Board regulates and monitors the private real estate sector, licensing and certifying dealers, salesmen, and developers across Jamaica. The Commission of Strata Corporations oversees the registration, compliance, and dispute resolution for strata corporations, while both entities offer training through the Real Estate Training Institute (RETI).
