St. Barnabas is seeking a Part-time Telephone Operator to manage the hospital's switchboard and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. The role involves answering and screening incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate departments, and providing operator assistance. The operator must also handle emergency paging requests and maintain accurate switchboard directories.
