Telephone Triage RN

The Telephone Triage RN provides nursing care to patients in accordance with professional practice models and state regulations, performing assessments and implementing care plans during telephone triage and in-person visits. The role involves mentoring clinical staff, promoting patient safety, and collaborating with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care across the continuum. The position requires a current Massachusetts RN license and 10 months of experience or completion of the Baystate RN residency program.
