Telephone/Switchboard Operator

The Telephone/Switchboard Operator provides 24/7 telecommunications and emergency call support for a VA Medical Center and affiliated clinics, playing a critical role in patient care, safety, and emergency response operations. This position handles incoming and outgoing calls, operates switchboard and paging systems, and responds to emergency codes and alarms.
