The Telephony Specialist owns the delivery and reputation of Salient's outbound calls, ensuring they reach borrowers by managing number reputation, connect-rate optimization, and spam labeling. This role involves collaborating with telephony vendors, engineering teams, and lender customers to maintain high call quality and resolve carrier-related issues. The position requires defining metrics, building monitoring dashboards, and coaching customers on dialer configuration to minimize call abandonment.
