Teleservices Representative

The Teleservices Representative is responsible for booking tours for current guests staying on site and providing vacation planning guidance to exceed guest and owner expectations. This role involves professional solicitation of prospects over the phone to tour with sales consultants while ensuring world-class guest satisfaction. The position requires supporting the Sales & Marketing Department's vision and adhering to company policies and procedures.
