About this role
The Telesitter is a remote patient monitor who continuously observes patients requiring constant supervision, reporting behavioral changes and safety concerns to the care team. The role documents observations in the electronic medical record, follows supervisory direction, and partners with patients, families, and facility staff to support a positive patient experience. This position primarily covers night shifts and focuses on maintaining patient safety and dignity.
