Teller and Senior Teller

The Teller and Senior Teller position is responsible for managing all teller line accountability, greeting members in the lobby, and processing specialty account opening requests. The role focuses on establishing positive consumer relationships, resolving member problems, and educating members on money management behaviors to help them achieve their financial goals. Additionally, the position involves processing loan applications, providing notary services, and utilizing consultative sales techniques to offer products and services in the member's best interest.
