Teller Operations

This role serves as the primary frontline contact for consumer banking and problem resolution, overseeing teller operations and providing guidance to frontline staff. The position involves delivering superior customer service, handling transactions, and cross-selling SouthEast Bank products while ensuring compliance with operational procedures. Additionally, the role includes assisting the Branch Manager with scheduling and resolving operational issues as needed.
