Teller Supervisor

The Teller Supervisor oversees all teller activities in both the lobby and drive-up locations of the branch, ensuring outstanding client service and developing client relationships. This advanced position supervises five or more Tellers and is responsible for recognizing referral opportunities for additional products and other lines of business. The role involves processing various client account services, collaborating with senior management on employee development, and maintaining compliance with bank operations and security procedures.
