Teller Supervisor

The Teller Supervisor assists the leadership team and Branch Manager in ensuring excellent service is provided to members while leading the teller team to achieve organizational and team goals. This role involves motivating, coaching, and training teller staff, participating in community service groups, and promoting credit union products. The position requires providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to members while performing supervisory duties and backing up operational and teller services.
