Teller Team Lead

This position is responsible for managing and directing the work of the Teller team, creating work schedules, and ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. The role serves as the frontline of the bank, playing a fundamental role in achieving customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. The incumbent supervises other Tellers, handles cash drawers, and provides access to vaults and safety deposit boxes. Additionally, the position involves training new Tellers, replenishing and troubleshooting ATM machines, and cross-selling bank products to customers.
