Teller

This role assists members in person, through drive-ups, or by telephone by processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments while providing a broad range of Credit Union information. The position focuses on building financial relationships through a consultative approach, promoting products and services, and educating members about Home Banking and E-Services. The Teller is responsible for balancing cash drawers daily, resolving member concerns, and maintaining accurate account records.
