Teller

This role ensures the prudent, accurate, and compliant execution of customer financial transactions while maintaining optimal customer satisfaction through adherence to established SOPs and SLAs. The position is responsible for managing cash and non-cash transactions, maintaining ATM/CDM/CRM performance, and mitigating risks to ensure smooth and secure operations. Additionally, the role focuses on delivering high-quality service, achieving individual and team targets through referrals and cross-selling, and maintaining strict confidentiality and system consistency.
