This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, delivering accurate and efficient everyday banking transactions while deepening relationships and identifying opportunities to help clients achieve their financial goals. The position involves acting as a hospitality ambassador to guide traffic flow and provide a high-touch client experience, all while upholding TD's risk and regulatory standards. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients on banking products and self-serve solutions.
