Teller

The Teller serves as the primary point of contact for members, responsible for creating a welcoming experience while accurately processing a high volume of financial transactions. This role focuses on service excellence, member retention, and fraud prevention while promoting LMCU's products and services to help members achieve their financial goals. Tellers maintain cash drawer accuracy, adhere to security protocols, and contribute to branch growth through consultative conversations and product referrals.
