Temp-Sales Supervisor

The Temp-Sales Supervisor supports the management team and performs all functional tasks as assigned, assuming leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. This part-time role involves leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in training and developing team members. The position requires flexibility to perform various store operations and collaborate effectively with customers, team members, and corporate stakeholders.
