Temporary Accommodation Officer – Complaints

The London Borough of Lambeth is hiring a Temporary Accommodation Officer to work within its Temporary Accommodation Complaints Team. The role focuses on managing and responding to members enquiries, Stage 1 and Stage 2 complaints, and Local Government Ombudsman complaints related to temporary accommodation, while also supporting day‑to‑day allocation and monitoring of temporary housing. It requires strong experience in housing complaints, homelessness legislation, and stakeholder engagement, and an Enhanced DBS is mandatory.
