Temporary Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of highly responsible, confidential, and complex secretarial and administrative duties, provides information and assistance to the public and partner agencies, and performs in keeping with the mission and vision of The Salvation Army in Modesto. The role involves assisting the Operational Manager and administration team, serving as a point of contact for calls, visitors, and mail, and resolving community concerns and complaints. The position also includes maintaining files, overseeing newsletters and social media, and assisting with meetings, fundraising events, and human resource duties.
