Tandem is a Bay Area nonprofit — Partners in Early Learning — that advances equitable, high‑quality early childhood education for children ages 0–5. Working at the intersection of social justice and early learning, Tandem partners with school districts, early childhood providers, and community‑based organizations to co‑create programs and experiences that better serve young children and families. Their work centers equity, collaboration, and system‑level change to improve early learning outcomes across the region.
