About this role

A Temporary Laboratory and Research Technician (Fisheries Technician) at Cornell’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences supports migratory fish monitoring efforts for Atlantic sturgeon in the Hudson River in cooperation with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. This is a full-time, 4-month temporary position based in New Paltz, NY (April–July 2026) focused on field-based data collection and sample support for fisheries research.
