About this role
RPA is seeking temporary junior art directors to join its Santa Monica agency and contribute to real client projects while experiencing the agency’s creative culture. Temporary hires are prioritized for consideration for full-time entry-level roles in the creative department. The position requires full-time availability (9am–5pm PST, Monday–Friday) and supports both remote and onsite work.
