About this role

The Division of Student and Campus Life Enterprise Services is seeking a Temporary Student Center Package Handler to assist with processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages on North Campus. This role involves delivering packages to student residence halls, using proprietary software, and providing excellent customer service to various stakeholders. The position is temporary, scheduled from late July through early September 2026, with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities

Receive and issue incoming mail and packages at the Student Service Center
Deliver incoming packages to student residence hall rooms before arrival
Communicate effectively with mail carriers, guests, and student staff
Report damage, safety issues, and workload needs to team members
Lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift moving boxes and chairs
