NYLAG
This role involves reviewing and analyzing an existing docket of unemployment insurance cases, proposing next steps to directors, and providing direct representation and advice to clients. The Staff Attorney will also litigate a smaller docket of cases at the appeal level and manage administrative duties such as updating case management records and files. The position is a six-month temporary role supervised jointly by the Directors of the Employment Law Project and the Community Access Programs Unit.
