The Specialist, Controls and Automation is responsible for the operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, and repair of gloveless robotic filling isolators and other production and laboratory instrumentation. Serving as a subject matter expert, the role provides technical support, recommends solutions to complex equipment issues, and supports ongoing reliability and improvement initiatives. The position ensures compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements while maximizing equipment uptime through changeovers, calibrations, and upgrades.
