Terminal Operations Supervisor (m/w/d)

About this role
The Terminal Operations Supervisor will ensure the safe, efficient and compliant operation of Shell's Altmannshofen tank terminal, overseeing plant operation, maintenance and monitoring of filling facilities. You will work as part of a roughly ten-person team, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external contractors and taking on shift leadership when required. The role prioritizes safety, quality and regulatory compliance in a hands-on industrial environment.
