Terminal Superintendent - Mechanical

This role leads and directs the execution of servicing, repair, inspection, and preventative maintenance for railcars, locomotives, and equipment within the terminal and on line-of-road. The position involves implementing safety best practices, ensuring compliance with FRA and AAR regulations, and managing daily shop and yard strategies to meet business objectives. The role requires coaching personnel, forecasting staffing needs, and managing resources efficiently in a 24/7 operational environment.
