Terminal Superintendent - Mechanical

This role leads and directs the execution of servicing, repair, inspection, and preventative maintenance for railcars, locomotives, and equipment within the terminal and on the line-of-road. The position ensures compliance with safety rules and regulations while implementing best practices in safety, quality, and production. The incumbent manages self and others, handles conflict, and drives continuous improvement within the assigned area of responsibility.
