Territory Manager Trainee

Ritchie Bros. is seeking motivated individuals to join its Territory Manager Trainee program, an intensive 6-month hands-on training designed to educate participants on the business, customers, and sales processes required to become a successful Territory Sales Manager. The role is ideal for those beginning their sales career, including recent college graduates, who are eager to develop consultative selling skills and build customer relationships through mentorship. Upon completion, trainees will be qualified to manage multi-million-dollar territories as Territory Sales Managers.
