Dreem Health is a digital sleep clinic that provides remote diagnosis and treatment for sleep conditions, delivered entirely from the comfort of patients’ homes. The service combines at‑home sleep testing, telemedicine visits with sleep specialists, and personalized treatment plans (for issues such as sleep apnea and insomnia) to simplify care and speed treatment. Dreem Health emphasizes flexible scheduling, data‑driven monitoring (including wearable and home testing technologies), and continuous follow‑up to optimize outcomes. Patients choose the platform to access evidence‑based sleep medicine without in‑person clinic visits.
