The Test Automation Lead will drive the quality and reliability of automated testing solutions across Lilly’s enterprise technology landscape as part of the Enterprise Test Automation Centre of Excellence. The role partners with engineers and cross-functional teams across the full application lifecycle to ensure systems are tested, resilient, and aligned with business and compliance needs in a regulated healthcare/pharma environment. This position emphasizes embedding automated testing, validation practices, and modern testing methodologies into engineering processes to improve software delivery.
