BS +5 years / MS +3 years in Electronics, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of professional experience in hardware testing, validation, or AIT in a space, aerospace, or high-reliability environmentProficiency with Altium (PCB layout, design review) for test board and adapter developmentProficiency in Python, Unix/Linux/Bash, git-based workflowsExperience handling sensitive electronics, optics, and mechanical hardware, including clean room practices and ESD protocols
