Test Engineer, Pilot Reactor Systems

Lydian is seeking a Test Engineer to plan and execute test campaigns on pilot-scale reactors, taking charge of day-to-day test preparation, operations, and troubleshooting. The role involves collaborating with engineers on experiment design, data analysis, and presenting results to the broader team. As a front-line test engineer, you will identify critical needs for system improvements and work closely with process, mechanical, and controls engineers to bring reactors online. This onsite role in Charlestown, MA requires in-person collaboration five days per week.
