About this role

This role provides hands-on engineering support for powertrain development testing within engine and vehicle laboratories. Responsibilities include preparing test equipment, troubleshooting lab systems, and supporting data acquisition for emissions and combustion testing. The position requires direct collaboration with engineering teams to ensure high-quality test data and continuous improvement of laboratory processes.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute testing in engine and chassis dynamometer laboratories
Troubleshoot test equipment and instrumentation to minimize downtime
Design and support development of test fixtures and laboratory layouts
Analyze test data to ensure accuracy and alignment with engineering objectives
Develop scripts to automate testing, data analysis, and reporting
