About this role

The Test Engineer at Lyten ensures the reliable and safe performance of Battery Management Systems (BMS) within Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) through end-to-end validation. This role involves designing and executing automated test suites using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing to verify hardware and firmware against industry and safety standards. The position requires close collaboration with Firmware, Systems, and Quality teams to drive product success and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Own validation and verification of BMS hardware using HIL test environments
Design and execute automated test suites covering functional safety and performance
Analyze test data and identify root causes of failures to drive corrective actions
