Test Engineering Manager

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is seeking a Test Engineering Manager to lead and grow the production test engineering organization in support of expanding manufacturing operations. This role involves building high-performing teams, mentoring engineers, advancing manufacturing test capabilities, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. The position requires close collaboration with R&D and Manufacturing leadership to shape test strategies, support new product introductions, and enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
